A skill used to be something you learned. On Capafy AI, it is something you rent by the hour.
Capafy AI sells expertise in small, runnable pieces. Each piece is an AI agent Skill that someone else built, priced by the hour, the week or a single download.
Searches for the name jumped in October 2026. Google Trends shows almost no interest before 5 October, then a steady climb in the United States. As a result, many people now want to know what it is and whether it is safe to pay.
So we read the marketplace, the publisher page and the full terms. Below you get the prices, the refund rules and the catch that every buyer should know first.
What Is Capafy AI?
So, what is Capafy AI? It is an online store for agent Skills. A Skill is a small package, usually a SKILL.md file plus scripts, that teaches an AI agent one job. The open format comes from Anthropic, and its Agent Skills documentation explains how agents load them.
Capafy turns those packages into products. On the site it calls itself an agent store for Claude Agent, Codex, Hermes and OpenClaw Skills. In addition, the company behind it is Capafy Pte. Ltd., registered in Singapore.
Spelling trips people up. Some search for Capify AI, Capafy IA or capafy.ia. They all lead to the same marketplace at capafy.ai.
Who Is Capafy AI For?
Capafy suits creators and marketers who want a finished workflow without building it. For example, the busiest listings make short videos, product ads and YouTube scripts. Similarly, there are stock trackers, sports analysis agents and kids story makers.
It also targets developers. If you already wrote a good Skill, you can sell it there. On the other hand, it is a weak fit for anyone who wants one predictable monthly bill.
How Does Capafy AI Work?
Capafy works in two modes. First, you can run an agent in a browser chat, with no setup. Second, you can install the Capafy User Skill and call agents from your own client. Below are the four parts you will touch.
The Agent Skills Marketplace
The home page opens with one prompt box. You describe a task, and the site suggests agents. Under it, filters cover Research, Video, Finance, Image, Commerce, Marketing, Writing and more than 20 other topics.
Each card shows a seller, a sold count, a rating and a price. For instance, the top listing, CloneCut, shows 29.5k sold, a 4.6 rating and 12.5 US dollars a month. Meanwhile, many newer cards show zero ratings at all.
Hosted Runs in the Browser
Hosted mode is the easy path. You pick an agent, pay, and chat with it on the site. The publisher chooses the model behind it, so you never see the method.
That trade is the point of the product. You get a tuned workflow fast. However, you cannot inspect it or move it elsewhere.
Capafy AI Agent Skills in Claude Code and Codex
The second path is the Capafy User Skill. Its install guide places a small skill folder in Claude Code, Codex CLI or OpenClaw. After that, your own agent can find and run Capafy agents.
The guide asks for no API key. Instead, you log in to your Capafy account on first use. Downloaded Skills then run on the model you choose, which gives you more control.
Publishing a Skill and Getting Paid
Sellers upload a Skill folder, pass a publisher check and set a price. Capafy keeps a 20 percent revenue share per transaction. There is also a one-time 0.99 US dollar certification fee.
The earn page shows a live counter of what publishers made in the last 30 days. On our visit it read more than 383,000 US dollars. That is the company’s own figure, so treat it as a claim.
Capafy AI Review in Practice: How Good Is It?
In practice, Capafy AI feels like an app store in its first year. The good agents are clearly useful. Video tools such as CloneCut and Seedance agents carry thousands of runs and solid ratings.
Quality, however, depends on the seller. Some listings sit at 2.3 or 2.6 stars, and many have no reviews. A September 2026 guide on seedance.tv made the same point. It noted few independent ratings and warned that the listed price is not the real cost.
The real cost includes failed runs, retries and your own editing time. Therefore, test one agent on a small job before you commit a campaign to it.
Capafy AI Pricing: Is Capafy AI Free?
Capafy has no platform plan. Instead, every agent sets its own price in one or more of the modes below. These examples come from live cards on capafy.ai, read on 23 October 2026.
| Plan | Price |
|---|---|
| Free or free trial | Many listings, for example Free Transcript Clip Map |
| Hourly rental | From about 5 to 6.99 US dollars an hour |
| Daily pass | From 3.99 to 6.99 US dollars a day |
| Weekly subscription | From 5.90 to 14.99 US dollars a week |
| Monthly subscription | From 8.33 to 19.99 US dollars a month |
| One-time download | From 2.99 to 15 US dollars |
So is Capafy AI free? Browsing is free, and so are dozens of agents. However, most popular agents charge. You pay with prepaid credits, and the terms say credit purchases are final. Credits cannot be withdrawn or moved to another account. For hourly orders, you can ask for a refund within a 7-day dispute window from payment. If you paid with credits, the refund comes back as credits, not cash.
Who Owns Capafy AI? What This Review Found
Capafy Pte. Ltd. owns and runs the marketplace. The terms list it as a Singapore company, and Singapore law governs every dispute. Arbitration goes to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
The company says little else about itself. Its Product Hunt page has zero reviews, and no founder names appear on the site. That is common for a young marketplace. Still, it means you are trusting the terms more than a track record.
Is It Legit and Safe? What This Review Checked
Yes, Capafy AI looks legitimate. It has a registered company, full terms of service and a privacy policy. The site also says it does not sell your data or use your inputs to train AI models.
Is Capafy AI safe to pay, then? Mostly, with care. Third-party Skills may process your inputs on their own systems, as the site itself warns. Therefore, keep client data and passwords out of hosted agents. Load only the credits you plan to spend soon, because they do not come back as cash.
Capafy AI Review: Alternatives Worth Comparing
Capafy AI vs Claude Code
Claude Code runs the same SKILL.md format directly. Many good Skills are free on GitHub, so you can skip the marketplace entirely.
The trade is effort. You find, read and maintain the Skills yourself. In contrast, Capafy sells you the finished, hosted result.
Capafy AI vs Kling AI
Many Capafy buyers want video, and the related searches show it. Kling AI gives you a video model directly, with clear credit plans.
As a result, it suits people who prefer to write their own prompts. Our Kling AI review breaks down the credit math.
Capafy AI vs InVideo AI
InVideo AI covers the script-to-video job that many Capafy agents sell. You type an idea, and it builds a full edit with voice and stock footage.
It is one subscription instead of many small ones. Our InVideo AI review covers the plans.
Capafy AI vs EveryGen
EveryGen shows up next to Capafy in Google Trends. It bundles many image and video models behind one account.
So it fits buyers who want model choice, not packaged workflows. Our EveryGen AI review tests it.
Capafy AI Review Scorecard: Where It Excels and Where It Falls Short
Pros

- Capafy User Skill works in Claude Code, Codex CLI and OpenClaw
- Free and free-trial agents let you test before paying
- Sellers keep 80 percent of each sale
- Clear 7-day dispute window for hourly orders
Cons
- Quality varies widely by seller, with many unrated listings
- Credit purchases are final and cannot be withdrawn
- Hosted agents hide the model and the method
- No platform plan, so costs add up across agents
- Little public information about the team behind it
- Third-party Skills may process your inputs on their own systems
Capafy AI Review Verdict: Is It Worth It?
Is Capafy AI worth it? For one specific job, often yes. A proven agent with thousands of runs can save hours of prompt work, and many cost less than a lunch.
However, the short answer from this Capafy AI review is to buy small. Start with a free or trial agent, then pay for a day or an hour. Check the rating and sold count first, and load credits in small amounts.
Ultimately, Capafy sells borrowed expertise. The best sellers make that a bargain. The weakest ones remind you why you check reviews before you rent anything.
